Heart & Sole Sports Marathon Training Programs.
A fourteen week training program will be conducted by Heart & Sole Sports at 65 Brookwood Ave Santa Rosa and will include daily training schedules, three weekly group training sessions and weekly seminars for athletes who are able to Run/Walk 5 miles in less than 1 hour for the Half or 10 miles in less than 2 hours for the Marathon. A technical shirt is included and the kickoff meeting begins May 24, 2009.
